Founded in 1974 by Durwood English and Mel Hansen, the Co-op Toastmaster’s Club has been educating its members in the art of eloquence for 29 years. Our members consist of Competent Toastmasters (CTM), Advanced Toastmasters (ATM), and Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM). We continue to help new members achieve their goals of effective public speaking. Through the years, Co-op Toastmasters has obtained The Distinguished Award on numerous occasions. Last year, the club obtained The Presidential Distinguished Award, the highest distinction of its kind.
